Terry Wickstrom Outdoors Hour 2: 10/14/17

Matt Endsley joins the show to talk about fish hanging around the shore, in the grass and in two feet of water. Terry mentions both the temperatures & water levels dropping, and asks Matt what bodies of water would be nice to check out over the weekend. Matt says Aurora is good for walleye, and the bottom-bouncer night-crawler setup is still working until water temperatures drop further. Will Dykstra joins the show LIVE from Chatfield to give an update on the lake trout & pike available at Taylor Reservoir. Will says the majority of his time is spent on brown trout from the shore this time of year, and typically throws a 6-inch power jerk bait where the river is dumping into the lake. Terry gives an update on how to stay up on the latest from his fishing experiences, and how to check in on his Facebook page for fishing, hunting & video updates. Also, Skyler Mason of Honey-smoked Fish Company joins the show to explain how the secret to the honey taste is in the fire & how the fish is smoked. Ronny Castiglioni joins the show to say have an open mind, and be able to adapt to the surrounding conditions. Becoming focused on one particular thing can be your downfall according to Ronny, and Terry says this is a great time of the year to start using your CPW app to check cold fronts & low pressure bites.
