Coach Prime met his new fans for the first time on Thursday night, showing up just after halftime during the Rocky Mountain Showdown on the hardwood in Boulder.
The Colorad0 against Colorado State hoops matchup was overshadowed by the Buffaloes new football coach. Introduced on Sunday to the media and booster, Deion Sanders surprised the rest of the Buffaloes faithful by crashing the basketball game.

Despite CU’s basketball coach Tad Boyle’s jokes, both he and Prime can sellout their stadiums. Boyle’s crowd packed the CU Events Center on Thursday while Prime is already tallying huge ticket sales numbers.
Great guy. @CoachTadBoyle to CBS4 on the new football coach in Boulder. "Well, if he's Coach Prime Time I guess I'm Coach Comedy Central at 3AM"
