Broncos injury update: Browning, Gregory not practicing

Neither Randy Gregory nor Baron Browning were on the field as the Broncos returned to practice Monday after their Week 9 bye.
Well hello #Broncos practice. Don’t see Gregory or Browning out here. Browning has chance to play Sunday. Martin is wearing No. 54 and Edmonds is No. 19 #Denver7 pic.twitter.com/rDj7iOh9ur

And while Gregory is expected to remain on injured reserve for at least another week following an arthroscopic procedure last month, Browning’s status is likely to be monitored daily.
“Baron is going to be kind of day-to-day, where he’s trending in the direction that we want him to be in to hopefully be able to play in this game,” Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett said, “but we’re just going to have to play it by ear.”
The challenge of dealing with Tennessee RB Derrick Henry heightens if neither Browning nor Gregory can play. With Bradley Chubb now in Miami after the Nov. 1 trade, Denver could face Henry without any of its top three projected edge rushers heading into the year.
Rookie Nik Bonitto, second-year player Jonathan Cooper, former CFL player Jonathan Kongbo and the recently-acquired Jacob Martin will handle the work if Browning isn’t ready to return. The Broncos activated Kongbo from the practice squad twice last month. He played 40 snaps total in the Colts and Jaguars games.
Also not practicing Monday were OT Cam Fleming and center Lloyd Cushenberry. Fleming suffered a quadriceps injury in Week 7 and did not travel to London for Week 8. However, Hackett said Monday that Fleming is “ahead of schedule” as he looks to return.
Didn't see either OLB Baron Browning (groin) or OL Cam Fleming (quad) during the open period of practice today.
CB Essang Bassey (hamstring) and WR Tyrie Cleveland, both inactive vs. Jacksonville, back out there.

Cushenberry is expected to miss at least this game with a groin injury. Graham Glasgow will start in his place.
