The Colorado Avalanche had a great first period in Game 4 of Round 2 against the St. Louis Blues, but couldn’t score.
The Blues scored on a few shots, taking a 1-0 lead into the first break. The Avs came out and quickly tied it, then took the lead then scored. And it was quick, 92 seconds quick.
First Erik Johnson scored at 2:44, getting help from Bowen Byram and Alex Newhook—who made his postseason debut.
