Remarkable story. Lost his left hand when he was 4. His only NFL start was against Broncos in 2018 opener. #9sports— Mike Klis (@mikeklis) June 14, 2021
Griffin was originally drafted in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft and spent three seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.
He appeared in 46 games over his three seasons with 1.0 sack, six quarterback hits and 25 total tackles.
Griffin suited up in 14 games in 2020 without a single start and recorded 9 total tackles, 3 quarterback hits, one sack and one pass defended.
The 25-year-old had his left hand amputated at a young age, yet has still managed to be a factor in the NFL. Griffin could be a low-risk, low-cost and high-reward option among the free agents remaining.
