Do the Broncos have interest in Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields? Well, for the second time in a month, they’ll have personnel on hand when the QB throws during a pre-draft workout.
According to Mike Klis of 9News, Denver will be well-represented when Fields takes the field.
Broncos sent heavy hitters OC Pat Shurmur and director of pro personnel A.J. Durso to Justin Fields’ throwing session today at Ohio State per source.
GM George Paton, who attended Fields’ first Pro Day, stayed back to head draft meetings with rest of scouts/coaches. #9sports— Mike Klis (@MikeKlis) April 14, 2021
Of course, the Broncos won’t be the only team in attendance. Many of the other franchises looking for a quarterback in round one will be there, too.
So to recap, teams that we've confirmed as slated to be at Ohio State QB Justin Fields' second pro day (picks in parantheses) …
• Jets (2)
• 49ers (3)
• Falcons (4)
• Panthers (8)
• Broncos (9)
• Patriots (15)Also, as we've said, NFL coaches will run the workout.

Are the Broncos interested in trading up for Fields? Would they take him if he fell to them at No. 9?
Nobody knows the answer for sure. But Denver is certainly doing their due diligence when it comes to the quarterback.
